contain adult content. However, to respect the rights of
those viewing the Ads and to maintain a 'classy' and
professional image, Management reserves the right to
accept or refuse any Personal Ad, for any reason
whatsoever. Therefore, members are requested not to
submit Personal Ads containing unacceptable, degrading
or highly offensive language, as such Ads will be
rejected.
It
is necessary for all persons who choose to use our Adults.com.au
Personals service, whether as an Advertiser or
Viewer, to agree to, and abide by our Terms and
Conditions. The lodgment of each and every Personal Ad
will be taken as an agreement by the lodging party, to
abide by the following Terms and Conditions :-
1.
You must be at least 18 years of age, and reside in
Australia.
2.
You must not use offensive, degrading or unacceptable
language in any Personal Ad.
3.
You must treat all Persons with decorum, dignity and
respect.
4.
You must not continue to make contact with another
person or persons when it has been clearly indicated by
said person/persons that such contact is unwelcome or be
discontinued.
5.
You must treat as confidential, all information
contained in all emails and/or messages, which must at
all times, have the original author’s consent before
being forwarded on to another person.
6.
You must not use Adult.com.au Personals
to send, display or promote any form of advertising
material whatsoever nor send or promote any form of Junk
Mail to other members, nor use the site for said
purposes.
7(a).
Adult.com.au and/or
Adults.com.au Personals will not accept
responsibility for any information/material whatsoever
transmitted through this site and disclaims all
liability, regardless of the form of action, for the
acts, omissions, statements, disputes or any
unacceptable or other behaviour by any other person,
either through Personal Ads, e-mail, chat rooms or
through personal contact.
7(b).
Adults.com.au Personals provide all members
with a Private Message Relaying Service to avoid the
disclosure of private or identifying information in
their Personal Ad. However, as Members are given the
option of including personal and/or identifying
information in a Personal Ad (ie. ICQ#, E-mails, Phone
Numbers, Pagers, Postal Address.. etc)., Adult.com.au
and/or Adults.com.au Personals will not
accept, and will deny all liability arising out of, or
as a result of, but not limited to, any such use or
disclosure.
8.
All Adult.com.au Personals will run for a period
of six months from date of insertion, unless removed
earlier.
9. Adults.com.au
Personals reserves the right to reject, remove,
or modify any Personal Ad within our database for any
reason whatsoever.
10.
You must not use any words in your Nickname or Ad that
would imply to another person, or give reason for
another person to believe, that you have any association
whatsoever with Adult.com.au or DatingClub.com.au
which includes Adults.com.au Personals. These
words include, but are not limited to, the following
:-adult/ club/ match/ maker/ making/ admin/ office/
manager/ management/ help/ dating/ dateline/ service
etc.
11.
Adults.com.au Personals Management
reserves the right to access Chat Room logs and Post
Office content at any time deemed necessary, in any
event these Terms and Conditions are suspected to be in
breach as a result of, but not limited to, Member
Complaints, Spam Messaging, Advertising, Corporate
Sabotage, or any other extraordinary event.
12.
Adults.com.au Personals Management
reserves the right to update, modify, change, add to or
remove these Terms & Conditions at anytime.
